Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at alldenwoodworks@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Allden Woodworks, Studio 0-103, Thames-side Studios, Harrington Way, London, SE18 5NR.

Please arrange and pay for your own return either via a reliable delivery company or by dropping off the items yourself.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please photograph your item clearly detailing any issues and send them to alldenwoodworks@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving your delivery and we will find a way to put it right. We cannot provide exchanges for damage noticed beyond this period. We cannot provide exchange or refund for damage that has occurred while in the customers care.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke and customised items are non-refundable unless and incorrect product was delivered or damaged occurred while under our care.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are damaged or defective prior to delivery. Please contact alldenwoodworks@gmail.com if you believe your product may be damaged. Damaged products can be exchanged for a matching product in good condition. Damaged products cannot be exchanged for a different or alternative product.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
